Yes, we have arranged for transportation for Fusion attendees from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport to The Wigwam and back to the airport following the event. You should have received an email from fusion@flywire.com with detailed information. If you have transportation questions, contact us at fusion@flywire.com.

Attire for the conference is business casual. Phoenix can be hot during the day with average highs in the mid 90s and the evenings in the low 70s. Humidity is low. We do recommend dressing in layers in case the air conditioning is on the colder side. Additionally, the resort is spread out, so you may want to consider comfortable shoes.

Monday evening’s Welcome Reception - Spirit Night is casual and will be outdoors (weather permitting). We encourage you to show your school spirit by wearing something with your school name, mascot or colors.

Tuesday evening’s Dinner & Awards Ceremony provides an opportunity to dress fun and festive or in cocktail attire if you’d like. Dress to impress as you walk our Amex-sponsored blue carpet and smile for photographs!

Yes, all general sessions and breakout sessions will be recorded. We’ll have the videos available post-conference and will send you an email once available.

Yes, the following meals are included:

• Welcome Reception - Spirit Night on Monday
• Breakfast on Tuesday and Wednesday
• Lunch on Tuesday
• Dinner on Tuesday

We’ll also have beverages and snacks available during breaks on Tuesday and Wednesday.

Check in is 4:00 pm, and check out is 11:00 am. If you arrive prior to 4:00 pm, and your room is ready, the hotel will check you in early. Please note this is not guaranteed. If you need a late check out, please contact the front desk to see if they can accommodate.

Yes there is a spa onsite. As an attendee you receive a 20% discount on services. Just mention Flywire Fusion when you make an appointment.
